opical use: for a general anti-inflammatory and disinfectant action, rub 5-6 drops directly onto thesole of the foot, which speads the benefits of the essential oil. In case of sinusitis and headaches, apply a few drops onto theforehead. Invigorating bath solution: add 10 drops to the bathtub water, emulsify and soak in for 10 minutes to help relieve muscleand joint pain related to flu symptoms. Environmental diffusion: add 6-7 drops to 300 ml of water in the tray of the radiator.Alternatively, for more instantaneous benefits, pour 2-3 drops onto a handkerchief to draw in the balsamic vapours.
