Diffusion: pour one drop per square metre in the diffuser of choice, i.e. in anessentialoil burner or in the water of radiator humidifiers. • Massage lotion: a few drops applied to theforehead andmassaged help relieve stress, increase concentration and reduce headache. For thetreatment ofrheumatism, pour 10 to 20 drops of essential oil into 100 mL of alcohol and massage thearea. • Toningbath solution: pour 10 drops of essential oil into a bathtub full of water and massage painfulor soremuscles.
