Thymus zygis oil, dicaprylyl ether, abies alba needle oil, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, limonene, pinene, limonene,beta-caryophyllene. alpha-terpinene, terpinolene, linalool.
Balsamic ointment: pour 5-10 drops into a neutral cream, mix and massage onto the chest up tothree times a day, covering it with a warm woollen cloth, in case of bronchitis and nasal congestion. For a more intense effect, poura few drops directly onto the chest and massage until fully absorbed. Balsamic solution: in case of sinusitis and headaches, apply afew drops onto the forehead or mix a few drops with cold/warm water to create a cooling/warming compress and apply to forehead,temples or chest. Wet it again and reapply as the cloth warms up or dries out. Steam inhalation: pour 10-20 drops, depending on thedesired intensity, into a small pot of water previously brought to the boil, cover the head with a towel and inhale the vapours.Environmental diffusion: add 6-7 drops per 300 ml of water in the tray of the radiator. Alternatively, for more instantaneous benefits,pour 2-3 drops onto a handkerchief to inhale its balsamic vapours.
