opical use: apply 1-2 drops onto the temples to relieve nervous tension. It can also be applied toneck, wrists and any other part of the body where its release gives a sense of peace and well-being. Massage lotion: in case of painand muscular tension, combine a few drops with other vegetable carrier oils or body creams for massage. Cleansing solution: add 3-4 drops to a shower gel with refreshing or toning action. Facial cleanser: dilute a few drops in a facial cleanser to give tone andradiance to the dermis. Environmental diffusion: add 6-7 drops to 300 ml of water in the tray of the radiator. Alternatively, mix 200 gof potpourri with a few drops of essential oil, dosing depending on the pleasantness of the result.
